New4Tek offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for HydraGrab Pro and eligible New4Tek software purchases.
Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original transaction by contacting support@new4tek.com.
Refunds May Be Granted For
- Technical issues that prevent normal use of the software.
- Product not functioning as described.
- Accidental duplicate purchases.
- Accidental purchase of the wrong plan.
Support-First Troubleshooting
Before approving a refund for technical issues, we may ask for basic troubleshooting information so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Refunds May Be Declined For Abuse
- Excessive or commercial use during the refund period.
- Repeated purchases and refund requests.
- Violation of the software license terms.
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period.
Lifetime Licenses
Lifetime licenses are eligible for refund only within the same 7-day refund period.
License Revocation
When a refund is approved, the related license key may be revoked and access to the software may be disabled.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund past payments unless the refund request qualifies under this policy.
